Bamba Farm

Various art assets for mobile apps for kids. Took part in the conceptualization of multiple apps over a period of 3 years. Assets were done mostly in Flash, with a few exceptions done in PS. Did art direction further down the road when I worked with more on site artists as well as outsourced ones.

Since the general target audience was kids aged 5 and under, UI had to be (mostly) wordless, intuitive and appealing. Characters were also designed with merchandising in mind, they had to be cute, sometimes wacky, but still appealing at the end of the day. Had the pleasure of creating some really fun characters and animating them. = )

Backgrounds were a combination of vector and textures, trailer is comped and edited by my boss.
